This version fixes problems with the last line of some pages disappearing. This was very annoying!
Warning: your bookmarks may be a page or so off after upgrading, but after opening a book the first time things shuld be ok afterwards. There are no more .bkm files, bookmarks are stored in the prefs XML. You can delete the .bkm files.
